Focus on the basics.
Get back to life.
There’s too much noise in our lives. Too many distractions and too many ways to get lost. Too many ways to get stressed out or apathetic and too many ways to alter or block out those feelings without changing our situation.
In a sense, we are no longer good at the basics of living and caring for ourselves; being realistic, knowing who and what we are, what our goals are and self care. The simple behaviors that support a good life for human beings that we used to be much better at because our societies supported those needs.
So now as individuals we have to focus our attention and time on these basics and build our lives from there. Practice these behaviors and you will get better at them and as a direct result you will get better at living
